ISO 9001:2015

To meet the expectations of our customers, focusing on corporate development, retaining the existing customer base, and win new prospects, on 09/08/2006 we implemented an ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System. During the certification in 2018, INVEST Sp. z o.o. maintained and implemented an ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.

The priority objectives of INVEST Sp. z o.o.  include maintained high quality of end-to-end service to optimise manufacturing processes and costs in close cooperation with service customers for them to enjoy satisfaction from the applied refractory products.
This has been facilitated by continuous market intelligence monitoring and analysis, coupled with process improvement driven by quality guidelines at the company.

INVEST Sp. z o.o. focuses on a streamlined Quality Management System to assure its customers the products and services delivered are not random deliverables, but effects of efficient quality assurance.

The implemented QMS requires us more than to establish quality assurance procedures. It often requires bridging gaps in the corporate quality culture to foster an environment of transparent collaboration between the corporate staff, our suppliers, and our customers for continuous discovery of improvement opportunities. It is why the implemented QMS is not a closed process, it requires continuous improvement and streamlining which we intend to pursue by adapting to specific market requirements and expectations.
