Quality Policy

To deliver on the specific and precise requirements and expectations of customers in compliance with the prevailing standards and codes: it is the business priority of INVEST Sp. z o.o.

We intend to be a dominating and recognised supplier and service provider in the refractory materials industry so we retain our current customer base and win new prospects.

Corporate strategic objectives

A strategic objective of INVEST Sp. z o.o. is to provide the customers with superior quality of service in end-to-end ceramic materials that includes design, specification, installation, and servicing of refractory materials.

We fulfil our services per individually specified requirements and expectations of our customers in the steelmaking, non-ferrous metals, lime and cement, and other industries who use refractory materials in thermal processing equipment, and our performance conforms to the contracts and obligations in force.

Pursuit of objectives and undertakings

The company pursues its Quality Policy with the following actions:

  1. We set objectives using a cause-and-effect mentality driven by risk prevention, seeking the most effective ways to counter risk emergence based on the experience of the stakeholders and regulations of law.
  2. Our focus on the stakeholders is maintained by building an awareness of their key importance to the established tasks that affect the operations of the company.
  3. Our systemic approach to management is delivered by improving the cycle of planning (of processes), execution, verification, and correction of the tasks in progress in specific steps of our operations.
  4. We continuously seek new solutions to improve the effectiveness of management and meeting our objectives.
  5. We provide our leadership by mapping the roads for our activities, assistance in delivery of tasks, and fostering attitudes in our leaders (of Branches and Departments) that support the activities of the employees.
  6. We spur the commitment of our personnel by empowering them to participate in the QMS, education, building the awareness of the importance of quality, and improving awareness (both of individuals and groups) in efficient operation.
  7. We make process-oriented approach and mentality a reality by identifying, documenting, correcting and continuously improving the corporate processes, while seeking the most efficient algorithm for a systemic growth. We focus on performance and assessment of our activities.
  8. We continuously improve by never stopping to seek ways to improve the quality of our objectives, activities, products, and services.
  9. We expand the prospects of corporate operations by integrating with the stakeholders, which is done by seeking and qualifying business partners that have aligned objectives and by harmonising the terms and conditions of business partnership driven by consensus and mutual support to achieve our joint goals.
  10. With the growth of the company and its stakeholders in mind, we pursue excellence as we are an organisation which learns and applies knowledge-based management.
  11. Our Quality Policy is followed by our entire personnel by them owning the performance in achievement of the established objectives.

Summary

The Top Management undertakes to own the improvement and effectiveness of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and declares to integrate the QMS requirements with the business processes, while securing the resources needed to meet the established objectives.

The QMS Policy is understood, available, communicated (to personnel, suppliers, and subcontractors), verified, and assessed in management reviews.
